Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to modify it.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after completing your purchase.
I did not receive my order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us and we will assist you.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are:
Sweden: 1–3 business days
Europe: 2–5 business days
International: 3–7 business days
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
Showroom
Can I pick up my order at the showroom?
Yes. We offer complimentary pickup and returns at our showroom.
