Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Gertrude Lee piece. If for any reason it’s not the right fit, you’re welcome to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

Items must be unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email hello@gertrudelee.com with your order number. A return fee of 60 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our showroom at Swedenborgsgatan 1, Stockholm, where we offer free returns or exchanges in person.

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
