Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Gertrude Lee pieces. If something is not quite right, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and with all tags attached.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to be processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please contact us and we will assist you with the exchange.

Showroom Returns

You are also welcome to return or exchange your order at our showroom.

Returns and exchanges at the showroom are complimentary.
